LeadSignal

We help driveway, patio and garden companies stop wasting time on tyre-kickers.

Lead Signal builds custom estimate calculators — and the marketing that feeds them — so trade businesses spend their time on real jobs instead of chasing people who were never going to buy. Lean, modern, and built specifically around the trades we serve.

Our story

Long before Lead Signal, our founder Oliver was building tools that put a price on things. One was an app that could look at almost any object, judge its condition and estimate what it was worth — useful for selling on Facebook Marketplace or eBay, or just sense-checking a price while you were out shopping. The idea that stuck with him: with the right inputs, you can give someone a fast, useful estimate of almost anything.

Millions

of views across client accounts

Lead Signal started somewhere else. We were getting trades businesses seen — millions of views across client accounts, enquiries landing in inboxes. And it worked. But the more we did it, the clearer one thing became:

there's rarely a shortage of leads. The hard part is wading through the weeds to find the ones who can actually afford the job.

The pivot then came from a simple conversation... Oliver was talking with a website client about that exact frustration — hours lost quoting people who were never going to pay — and the idea clicked. What if a homeowner could get a realistic estimate before they ever picked up the phone? The time-wasters would filter themselves out, and only serious enquiries would come through.

That's where his earlier work came full circle: fast, accurate estimates, pointed at a real business problem. The instant estimate calculator was born.

Today we build those calculators for driveway, patio and garden companies across the UK — custom-built, branded to each business, and designed to do one thing brilliantly: let the right customers straight through, and let everyone else filter themselves out — while still leaving their details and budget, so you can decide whether there's a cheaper option worth offering them, rather than losing them entirely.
